“I came to Franziska through a referral and previously had little exposure to art as an investment. In our conversations, I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. She takes her time, listens, and explains connections calmly and clearly. What was especially valuable to me was that she doesn’t just talk about art, but always keeps the bigger picture in mind. Today, I am very satisfied with my path and glad to have someone by my side whom I truly trust.”

Art Investor

“I was skeptical at first because art had always seemed somewhat aloof to me. Franziska completely took that away. No grand promises, no show. Just clear assessments and honest conversations. I am very glad to have taken this step and to now secure my wealth safely and anonymously.”

Sven

Art Investor

“I ventured into investing in an art portfolio through Franziska Bock – initially with a great deal of skepticism and caution. Franziska guided me incredibly well, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even organized appointments with the people in charge to give me additional reassurance. Thanks to her calm and competent manner, I quickly gained trust. Today, I am very satisfied and grateful that I took this step. A clear recommendation from my side.”

Simone K.

Art Investor

“Franziska J. Bock made the art market accessible to me in a way I had never experienced before: factual, strategic, and without any exaggeration. At no point did I feel like something was being sold to me, but rather that I was making a well-founded decision. Today, art is a fixed component of my wealth structure, and I am grateful for this clarity and professionalism.”

"I have always loved art, but for a long time I never considered becoming an investor in this field myself. As a single mother, however, it was important for me to secure my children’s money for the long term and to further diversify my portfolio. With Franzi, or rather Ms. Bock, I found exactly the right advisor for this.

She provides strategically sound advice, is highly professional, and you always feel very well taken care of and secure. I am particularly impressed by the development of my art portfolio—the increase in value has been significantly higher than I originally imagined and has continued to develop very positively.

It was also important to me to have a secure storage option in a duty-free warehouse outside the EU—and this is also provided here and implemented in a very convincing way. The entire collaboration with the company Fine Art has been consistently professional and I can recommend it without reservation.

For me, art is now a valuable additional component of my investment portfolio."

“I searched for a long time for a reputable way to diversify my wealth meaningfully… beyond the traditional paths. Working with Franziska Bock has been convincing in every respect. She combines in-depth knowledge, an exceptional sense for quality, and a clear view of long-term value development. I was particularly impressed by her ability to explain complex interrelationships in an understandable way without oversimplifying them. I also know this from her podcast Femergy. I feel not only excellently advised, but also securely positioned for the long term. Today, art is no longer an abstract idea for me, but a well-thought-out and valuable pillar of my wealth.”

FAQ – Art as an Investment

Money that is not invested continuously loses purchasing power. Investing means taking responsibility for your own wealth, protecting it, and allowing it to grow in the long term.

For centuries, art has served as a stable tangible asset independent of financial markets and protects wealth when traditional forms of investment fluctuate. Art investments are no longer intended only for the “super-rich,” but for people who want to invest their money in a value-stable, anonymous, tax-free, and long-term way. Especially in uncertain times – for example after a property sale or an inheritance – art offers a place where wealth can be preserved, protected, and parked independently of financial markets.

Bonded warehouses are used for specific tax and wealth strategy reasons. Artworks stored there are fully exempt from VAT and remain anonymous as long as they are located in the bonded warehouse.

The art investment is exempt from VAT, as the artwork is stored in your name in a bonded warehouse. In addition, capital gains after a holding period of one year are tax-free, which makes art a particularly attractive form of investment from a tax perspective.

All artworks are physically stored in a Swiss high-security vault facility. Storage outside the banking system ensures that you retain unrestricted access to your portfolio even in the event of a banking crisis or bank closure. In addition, all artworks are comprehensively insured by one of the five leading art insurers worldwide.

Yes. Art portfolios can be acquired starting at an amount of €30,000.
